Returns policy
At Camadora, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. To facilitate a smooth and transparent returns process, please review our policy below:
Unopened, As New, In Box:
We accept returns for items that are unopened, in new and unused condition, and still in their original packaging. Please note that returns due to a change of mind are not accepted; however, we offer store credit for eligible returns.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact the Camadora team within 14 days of receiving your items. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of pickup or delivery. Please be aware that our pricing includes some delivery costs, and delivery fees may exceed $100.
Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued for eligible returns and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Returns for Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, please provide photos or videos of the issue. Contact the Camadora team to discuss options, including a refund, return, or compensation.
Re-stocking Fee:
All returns will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of the return item cost. For example, if you return 2 items with a total order value of $200, a re-stocking fee of $40 will be applicable and deducted from your refund value.
Important Note:
· Returns must be arranged with the Camadora team before sending any items back.
· Camadora reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine eligibility for a refund or store credit.
